Job Title: Manager, Private Markets Locations : Los Angeles, CA (hybrid) About the Role Step into a client-facing leadership role where you’ll manage key private equity fund relationships and oversee the full spectrum of alternative investment fund accounting, from capital activity and waterfalls to financial reporting and audits. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in private markets while building leadership experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Reconcile the funds positions/securities to outside sources Responsible for ensuring daily, monthly and quarterly reports are delivered timely and accurately to clients, including accounting reconciliations, general ledger, profit and loss, compliance and performance reporting
• Maintain relationship with various clients, including leading operations, governance and vendor review meetings
• Manage career advancement for staff for a group of 1-2 employees Project Management of client specific initiatives
• Develop and implement consistent policies and procedures for clients including business analysis, new requirements, workflow, and operational review.

Act as an escalation point and problem solver for the team, ensuring action plans are implemented in case of any service issue Drive enhancement projects for technology and operational processes

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 4+ years’ experience in Accounting or Back Office Operations working for a Prime Broker, Administrator, Hedge Fund, Investment Advisor or Audit firm What
• Sets You Apart
• Master’s degree and/or CPA is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate actions Prior experience with various products including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, futures, FX, Mortgages and options Advanced MS Excel knowledge

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

California

The expected base salary for the position is between $100,000 USD to $130,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
