Specialist Software Engineer (JAVA FULLSTACK)

Job description

Designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration and data exchange across systems. Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective team delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the collateral domain. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready code. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for automated builds and deployments.

Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, internal control policies, and documentation standards.
