As part of the Business Transformation Office, you will work across a broad range of strategic and regulatory topics, partnering with business, compliance, legal, tax, and risk teams to support key initiatives and governance frameworks.

The role provides exceptional visibility across the organization, regular interaction with senior stakeholders, and exposure to some of the most significant regulatory and transformation challenges facing a global wholesale bank. It is particularly suited to intellectually curious professionals who enjoy tackling complex topics and turning them into practical solutions.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover

Partnering with Front Office teams on regulatory, governance, risk, and control-related matters Advising on complex transactions and new business activities Translating regulatory requirements into practical and scalable operating solutions Leading transformation and process improvement initiatives Strengthening governance, risk, and control frameworks through ongoing review and enhancement Leveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity Monitoring key risks and coordinating mitigation and escalation actions Building regulatory and risk awareness through training and knowledge-sharing activities Supporting governance committees and management forums Managing relationships with auditors, regulators, and inspectors and coordinating follow-up actions
