Responsibilities
- Work and assist with Greater China Credit Sales Team on a day-to-day basis to provide services for institutional clients
- Assist sales on daily credit bond trading flow and repo enquiries; assist on trade bookings and maintain a comprehensive record of executed trades
- Reconcile trade details with clients, traders, middle and back offices, ensuring smooth process on both pre-trade and post-trade settlement. (Legal, Operations, Client Support, Valuation, and Trading)
- Coordinate after-sales services for clients including issues related to settlement, valuations publication etc.
Assist sales on KYC affairs, including new client onboarding, periodical KYC review, reverse KYC and ad hoc subaccount onboarding requests
