Junior FX EM Trader, Analyst

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support senior EM & FX traders with daily responsibilities and medium-term projects
• Learning trading intricacies of FX and EM markets in preparation of market making trading role.
• Help develop quantitative tools and models to optimize trading, reduce risk increase profitability
• Manage trade bookings, fixing positions and cumulative desk risk
• Engage in pricing and hedging of EM and G-10 FX & EM Rate derivatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop the efx and voice client franchise.
• Quantitative Analysis – systematic analysis of client flows to build trading strategies.
