Project Manager - Transformation Project Office

Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Transformation Project Office. This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate projects across various business areas, including Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, innovation projects, and business projects.

You will be working closely with stakeholders and reporting to sponsors on business or IT initiatives.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover

• Manage and coordinate projects independently, contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community Align project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives
• Take charge of continuous improvement actions and participate in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers
• Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, such as CSR and communication
