As a Project Manager, you are the foundation of our delivery team, focusing on mid-sized technical projects. You provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.

Work Structures

Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.

Meeting Leadership

Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.

Conflict Management

Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.

Success Metrics

Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role. Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture. SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire). Fluent in French (regional requirements) Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
