The Opportunity

We’re seeking Machine Operators to join our fast-paced, high-performing team environment in Winston-Salem, NC. No experience? No problem, we’ll train you to succeed! Available Shifts and Compensation

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $25.83/hr + $0.38/hr shift differential Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts up to 12 hours.

Must be willing to work any assigned shift and complete initial training on first shift for approximately 2–3 weeks. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, may be required.

What you need to succeed

• HS diploma/GED
• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions and other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Possess excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Daily requirements may include lifting or moving items weighing 25-50lbs
