Shift Details

This facility works 8-hour shifts. Must be able to work any shift, as well as daily or weekend overtime as required. 3 rd shift: 11PM – 7AM 2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM Starting Wage Range: $23.28/hr with potential for increases after probationary period is completed First 3 weeks will be on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for orientation, safety, quality, and OJT (On-the-Job Training). New hires will have direct access to leadership for questions and support.

• Ability to work safely, comply with all safety rules.
• Inspect. Identify, and correct quality concerns.
• Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16" measurement, do basic math, and some computer skills).
• Ability to learn and apply job related skills.

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift, push/pull >50lbs; navigate stairs, stand, walk, be nd, and kneel for 8 or more hours.
• Ability to work a standard 8 hour shift up to six days a week with the flexibility of working over-time during the week to cover open positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The starting rate is $23.28 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
