We have an immediate need for an Order To Cash Specialist in Sugar Land, TX. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive order to cash support to individuals, teams, or departments within an organization. The specialist will perform a wide range of Order to Cash tasks, including order entry, order management, invoicing, problem resolution, sales support & customer service.

May also be involved in reporting and compliance. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to contribute to the smooth functioning of the team and the achievement of organizational goals.

Generates and maintains confidential information and administers company policy and procedures Report creation/analyzation Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2 years minimum of administrative support experience Immigration Sponsorship not offered for this role Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications: SAP experience EDI Customer Portals – Ex. ARIBA, OpenInvoice, iSupplier, etc.

Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills. Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities a must.
