What You Will Do

Support senior researchers with sample preparation, laboratory or field testing, and overall project execution. Conduct chemical product development and qualification testing using established protocols for a variety of laboratory techniques. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results. Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient lab operations. Maintain a strong focus on safety and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Manage multiple technical requests in a fast-paced environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Background Drug Screen Physical Position Details: 12506 W Hwy 80 E, Odessa, TX 79765 Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. 1 year of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based). Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. 2 years of laboratory experience (academic or internship-based).
