You’ll work in a team of like-minded pharmacists, committed to accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities include: Responding to inbound calls and emails relating to: Prescription medications, dosages, side effects and interactions Stock availability and general order queries Supporting customers in navigating our website and online ordering process Assisting with prescription verification and resolving medication-related queries Participating in drug access programs, including: Counselling Patient contact Pharmacovigilance reporting (training provided) Communicating clearly and empathetically to support customer needs Ensuring high standards of compliance and service across all interactions
