Local Sales Supervisor/Sales Representative, IVD (Work Location: BGC, Metro Manila, Philippines)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the business breakthrough in Mid-High segment of In-Vitro Diagnostics industry Be able to identify or analyze different customers requirement, procurement process on high segment customers, and competition analysis in each different business segment.

• Develops or grow business on new or existing Key Customers (Accounts) per region by having a thorough understanding of its needs and requirements Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and business partners/distribution channels
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.

Key Account Manager

• Minimum of total
• 10 years work experience, at least
• 8 years sales and marketing experience in IVD related product field

Key Account Specialist

• Minimum of total
• 5 years work experience, at least 3-5 years sales and marketing experience in IVD related product field Familiar with haematology, biochemistry, immunology product etc, and well know customers' needs in each different market segment.

Self-motivated and has a good teamwork spirit. Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel nationwide or international
