Job description

职责

  • 统筹前端业务引入，联动SME客户经理、KA客户经理引入客户，协助制定业务方案
  • 负责仓内运营，包括客户发运全过程的日常监控、重大异常处理、运营质量及个性化服务达成，推动客户服务优化、流程创新和机会点孵化 任职要求

在云仓管理及云仓快递体系运营方面有一定经验 任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历；
  • 较好的沟通表达能力，较强的逻辑思维能力，抗压能力强；
  • 具备3-5年及以上物流仓配运营及销售经验；
