- Develop and manage the organization's annual budgeting process
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and control budgetary expenditures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field At least
- 10 years experience Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis Accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations Fluent in written and verbal English
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel Having experience in ERP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
