Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.

That includes:

• Lead and manager a team of customer service operators, fostering a culture of excellence
• Maintain a comprehensive operational knowledge of all SOC functions, especially ARC, Comms and Dispatch Be accountable for KPIs, ensuring all operatives are managed to achieve outstanding performance and service
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained in SOC operations Be the first point of escalation for internal and external customer complaints, preparing responses and escalating serious matters to the SOC Manager
• Support management by providing evidence-based reporting, identifying causes and proposing solutions to barriers to excellence within the SOC and company wide
