Job Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end purchasing and logistics execution for assigned project solutions, ensuring purchase orders (POs) are placed accurately and on time. Coordinate directly with internal/external suppliers, global supply chain, and project managers to expedite orders and confirm delivery timelines. Monitor daily transactions using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to manage PO issuance, shipment tracking, and goods receipt functions.

Mitigate supply chain delays and logistical risks by implementing proactive contingency plans with stakeholders. Track project logistics expenditure, maintain delivery schedules, and support revenue recognition requirements

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in purchasing, procurement, or project logistics operations.

Technical Skills

Hands-on proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms; working knowledge of purchasing workflows and Incoterms.

Communication

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to support regional stakeholders across East Asia.
