Join us as a Technical Management Manager and lead high-performing teams of design engineers and technical leads across digital, electrical, mechanical, and multi-system integration projects. You'll oversee end-to-end technical solutions, from tendering to execution, ensuring we deliver exceptional results that drive customer satisfaction and business success. What will you do?

• Manage and develop technical teams, overseeing competencies, resources, and execution to meet project goals
• Guide technical solutions from project inception to closure, capturing customer needs and optimizing proposals for cost, time, and quality
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies while driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence Enable knowledge sharing and foster collaboration to support continuous improvement and long-term organizational growth What are the key skills we are looking for?
