Job description

Key Account Solution Salesとして、産業オートメーションにおけるDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）標準化を軸に、自動車・食品飲料・化学業界の主要顧客との戦略的パートナーシップを構築いただきます。 単発の製品販売ではなく、「標準化→多拠点展開→BAU（恒常運用）化」という事業モデルを推進し、顧客の設備投資判断に継続的に関与するポジションです。 【具体的には】

• OTデータの文脈化（データ基盤）から上位システム、OTハードウェアまでを見据えた提案設計を行い、顧客の設備投資判断に継続的に関与する
• PoC（概念実証）から標準実装、複数拠点へのロールアウトまでを一貫してリードし、スモールスタートの案件を大型の継続事業へと育てる
• 自動車業界の顧客に対し、データ基盤を軸としたプラットフォーム戦略を提案し、DXからハードウェア、GX（グリーントランスフォーメーション）への展開を推進する
• 製造業顧客に対し、PLC/DCS/MES（制御システム/分散制御システム／製造実行システム）の標準化を提案し、高度制御を含むリファレンス事例を構築する
• プロセス機器メーカー（OEM）への技術仕様提案（Spec-in）活動を推進し、量産適用に向けた評価を進める
• Pre Sales（技術営業）チームと一体となって案件を推進し、業界標準モデルの実装を共同で進める

• 大学卒業以上
• Key Account Management（大口顧客向け営業・アカウントマネジメント）経験
• PLC/DCS/MES、または産業用データ基盤（SCADA/historian/MES等）の提案・導入経験（5年以上目安）
• 自動車・食品飲料・化学いずれかの業界における顧客折衝経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語 【歓迎（WANT）】
• 標準化・多拠点展開型の大型提案をリードした経験（複数拠点ロールアウトのプログラムマネジメント経験）
• 業界標準、制御に関する知見
