Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible for rework activities of rejected battery assemblies from the production line and either reintroducing or scrapping components

• Support the development, implementation and optimization of battery assembly rework processes and procedures Trouble shoot and validate root cause analysis of failures
• Improve production technologies to prevent re-occuring failures in terms of quality, cost and robustness.

Validate machines, tools and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems. Support production or production departments (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).

Your Qualifications

Required: Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience Journeyman Card

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal) Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results Assertive approach to solving problems
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions
