Your Key Responsibilities

Providing service and support of daily tasks to ServiceNow Team Being the first point of contact for requestors, the ability to detect urgent requests, answering simple questions or redirecting to KeyUser Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing, grouping similar feedback, presenting the survey results to the KeyUser / Project manager / Management Managing the order confirmation process, including automation of it Cooperating with Purchasing Specialists Providing helpdesk service for internal customers

Your Qualifications

Actively pursuing a degree Very good command of English, with the ability to communicate in a business environment (min. B2 level) Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min.

C1 level)

• Knowledge of German is a plus Fluency in MS Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment Customer-oriented mindset and very good organizational skills Quick learner with a proactive approach to finding solutions Able to work 30 hours per week is advantageous (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship) Our Offer Be a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.
