Knowledge of Standards

ISO9000, ISO 14000, TL9000, " SPC, 5s, 8D, CCN & CCAR AGILE system, Six Sigma.

Updating of Visual Aids of the inspections Lead and update QCP AND FMEA of your project Follow-up to Customer Complaints. Lead project quality week meeting Follow-up to weekly meetings with the client. Coordinate Auditors and Quality Technicians in the three Shifts. Lead continuous improvement projects in the production line, (Kaizen, Green Belt, Black Belt) Generation of Quality Reports with the client. Client Audit Follow-up to internal audits Tracking OBA Rejections Yield analysis in production lines
