Location

Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm What You’ll Do: Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs. Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results. Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and more.

What You Bring

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED required. Welding certification and a strong mechanical background. Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed. Authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship Why Join Us?

Starting Pay Range

$20 - 26/hour based on experience + bonus opportunity.
