Standardize & Formalize the Quality Assurance Control / Surveillance

• Plan and implementation Improve QA Activities Value added Basical Understanding of aerospace quality management systems (QMS) — especially AS9100 Basical acknowledge of Quality tools and Lean Manufacturing tools
• Proven ability to Data analyzes Communication & Standardization Capability A strategic international work environment Recent graduate (Master's degree) in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in quality assurance, industrial operations, or process improvement Basic understanding of aerospace Quality Management Systems (QMS), especially AS9100
• Knowledge of quality tools, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods
• Proven ability in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Strong communication and standardization skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes and value-added activities Fluent English required
