Support Aaron LI's BB project for mid-long term solution implementation, including smart Corsaire cell with some robotization, new logistics flow optimization with smart cabinet in kitting, potential AVG for material delivery, etc.) Assembly line new layout design and setup for 2 MM3 line Knowledge on Lean Production Digitalization related knowledge and skills (ex.

PBI, data management, data analysis) Experience on project management A strategic international work environment Recent graduate (Master's degree) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an industrial environment, preferably in production line optimization or smart manufacturing

• Knowledge of Lean Production principles and industrial process optimization Skills in digitalization, data management, and analysis (e.g., Power BI, Excel, or similar tools) Experience or interest in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to support smart line implementation, layout design, and production optimization projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Fluent English required
