Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with modern frameworks, libraries, and development tools.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) managing IT projects, preferably within a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional requirements

• Proven expertise in developing robust REST APIs with a strong sensitivity to security best practices
• Mastery of application deployment processes (CI/CD), as well as demonstrated ability to monitor, analyse, and optimize application server performance
• Familiarity with concepts such as scalability, load balancing, and stress testing will be considered a significant advantage Technical knowledge required: For Web application context, you are expected to be well-versed in :

Front End technologies

• React, Node.js, JavaScript, JSP, HTML5, CSS

Back End framework and tools

• SpringBoot, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Tomcat, Wildfly
• Communication Standards such as OSLC (Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration)
• Configuration management and CI/CD processes using GitLab
• Development within VSCode
• Application Deployment using OpenShift
