Challenge / Stake

• Develop the capacity & performance of the tooling team supporting the MRO activities.
• Improve and monitor the performance of the team Responsibilities:
• Ensure reception of tooling on due time
• Monitor conformance and good condition of the tools
• Ensure conformity to standard and procedure
• Ensure availability of tools for supporting operations (condition, calibration, scheduling…)
• Proposing process changes to improve efficiency

• Work in an orderly and precise way, be reliable in his/her proposals.
• Ability to listen, animate, coordinate, synthesize and formalize
