Analyze types of the data and develop analytical tools & dashboards for monitoring and controlling of product quality performance. Support in coordination with design office to develop lesson learned document for quality to reduce number of concessions. Drive specific project to reduce product shocking hours / Inspection time / additional data and remeasurement requirements.
A strategic international work environment Recent graduate (Master's degree) in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an industrial environment, ideally in the aerospace sector
- Knowledge of quality performance monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement methods Experience with data analysis tools and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (quality, engineering, design office)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to manage improvement projects Fluent English required
