Job description

The main missions of the SAFRAN Japan Technical Support Representative consist in:

• Supporting our local partner Japan Aerospace Corporation in their engine Maintenance center activities to comply with SAFRAN HE Technical and Quality requirements,
• Supporting the OEM Kawasaki Heavy Industry (KHI) in the RTM 322 MRO activities in accordance with the SAFRAN HE/KHI contract requirements,
• Supporting the OEM Kawasaki Heavy Industry (KHI) for any technical and quality requests related to ARRIEL 2E brand new engines deliveries,
• Contributing in KHI satisfaction for brand new engines activities,
• Contributing to the improvement of the technical referential, proven ability to operate in a multicultural environment Professional experience and/or knowledge of the Japanese business culture and working environmen
• At least a bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering,
• At least 5 years experience in aerospace customer technical support organization,
• Customer service oriented, autonomous
• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English, (Optional: French)
• Ability to organize and manage priorities
• Good team player
