This position will be based out of our Natick, MA branch. At Waltham Pest Services, our Residential Service Managers play a vital role in ensuring we deliver the exceptional, health‑focused service our customers count on.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading insulation materials in residential and commercial attics to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and safety. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to work in a hot environment, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation. Install insulation materials (such as fiberglass, cellulose, or spray foam) according to specifications and safety standards. Remove old or damaged insulation as needed. Operate equipment such as blowers and vacuums Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ladder safety. Communicate with homeowners or site supervisors about project details and progress.

Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles. Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• High School/GED or equivalent Current valid driver’s license
• Must be at least
• 18 years of age Team oriented Courteous Customer focus Listening Customer Service We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations including climbing ladders, bending, crawling, lifting, and carrying the necessary items throughout the day.
