Job Description

With flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. You will report to Credit Management Team Lead.

Your Responsibilities

Get familiar with portfolio and processes, Contact assigned customers/company partners like AR Team or Customer Care for additional information where needed to resolve open/disputed items, Take care of the shared mailbox.

The Essentials – You Will Have

Good command of English (written and spoken) Active student status The Preferred – You Might Also Have: Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/SAP, Previous experience in Shared Services.
