The Position

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to join our Marketing department. In this part-time role, you will support our team across various marketing initiatives, from administrative tasks to digital media campaigns and creative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic diagnostics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Purchase Order (PO) creation and new vendor setup. General administrative support.

Marketing Coordination

Coordinating product-related updates and communications across the Product Management team. Coordinating Marketing Team Meetings and corresponding tasks.

Digital & Social Media

Creating content for social media channels and influencer campaigns. Facilitating communication with agencies and external partners.

Marketing Materials Creation

Executing simple graphic design tasks. Performing translation checks.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field). Interested in healthcare and diagnostics. Fluent in English. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to balance administrative tasks with creative projects. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Compensation & Benefits The expected minimum hourly rate for this position, based on the primary location of Bratislava Pribinova is From 7 EUR gross / hour.

Pay for this position will be pro-rated for the contracted working hours.
