Job description

Managing, motivating, developing and supporting the employees in the team Conducting regular documented inspections of work areas Preparing regular reports and reporting to senior management Reporting any quasi-accidents and unsafe conditions Reporting any damage to property and any other damages, theft or attempted theft Providing training and communicating risk assessment to employees The guard commander is subordinate to the commander authorized to command the guard.

The guard commander is the superior of the entire guard personnel. The guard commander is responsible for the guarding and protection of the property entrusted to the guard, the combat readiness, training, and discipline of the guard personnel, the proper performance of guard duties, the operability of communication and signaling equipment, the internal order of the guard's accommodation area, the safe storage of weapons and ammunition, and the provision of the conditions necessary for the exercise of police supervision.
