About the Team The Digital Systems Service and Support team is based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank, Brisbane. You will form a part of small dynamic team, utilising the same facilities and test equipment as the production team. Interfacing with both production and support, you will be an integral part of the RDA team, inside the Digital Systems Division. Your support will be provided through the execution of the LAND 400 Phase 2 Support Contract.
About the Role The Service and Support Senior Technician is responsible for performing the service (maintenance, troubleshooting and rework) of electronics Mission Equipment. You will be responsible to provide technical advice, troubleshooting and hands on repair in a workshop environment, inside a production facility or via phone call. On rare occasion you may be required to support our field service representatives in the field where technical expertise in our products is required.
