Project Manager, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a Naval Shipbuilding Project in Romania (m/f/d)

Would you like to take on responsibility in an international project environment and help ensure that naval ships remain reliably operational and are built cost-effectively? In this role, you will manage the contractually agreed-upon services in the area of ILS and ensure that deliverables are provided on time, meet the required quality standards, stay within the agreed-upon budget, and are accepted by the Romanian client.

You will comprehensively manage and consolidate the key deliverables—such as technical documentation, spare parts selection and cataloging, maintenance plans, and training concepts. You will be supported in this by your team, which is spread across Europe and which you will lead and coordinate from a technical standpoint. You will assess project status, identify necessary actions, and ensure that risks, deviations, and changes are identified early and actively managed.

You will prepare status reports, management documents, and presentations tailored to the target audience and confidently present them in meetings. You will plan and moderate regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and editorial conferences. You will actively manage the interfaces with other technical disciplines in shipbuilding to ensure that dependencies are identified early on and that collaboration runs smoothly.
