About the Team This role will report to the Production Manager

• Drive Module and will lead a team of Mechanics, Electricians and Production Workers; based full time at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank. The Assembly Team forms part of the greater Production team, which includes Painters, Welders, the Prototype Shop, the Armour Shop and the Logistic Systems team. • Non-Turreted will lead a team to achieve the delivery of allocated work packages in accordance to the Business targets.

This role will provide day-to-day leadership by allocating work, monitoring performance, coaching and developing team members and ensuring a safe work environment. Working closely with the Production Manager, quality and other teams along the production floor you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets.
