Financial Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reconciliation, and process execution , with the ability to provide key insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is highly proficient in Excel, SAP, and EPM systems and is comfortable managing recurring finance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Headcount reconciliation, operational expense analyses, capital expense analyses, journal entry posting. Execute and continuously improve recurring finance processes, including data validation, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Use SAP and EPM systems to prepare accurate financial reports and support planning activities. Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial data processing.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, EPM or similar ERP. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent English verbal, written, and reasoning skills . A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.
