Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the position of Assembly/Test Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. Requirements

AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience. 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills Excellent Oral communication skills Excellent Written Communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 40lbs Due to the nature of this position and the required access to areas where ITAR-controlled ar ticles and/or technical data may be present, candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access.
