Description Want to make a true impact in a corporate Finance team? As a Finance Intern at Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to find new ways to improve cashflow, keep suppliers happy and strengthen our business. With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be part of a team that helps drive the performance behind some of the world’s most trusted brands. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while supporting the financial strategy and decision-making behind brands like Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, Neuriva, and more throughout this immersive 10-week summer internship program.

You’ll take responsibility for meaningful finance projects from the outset, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside leaders across our business. You’ll build new skills, strengthen your commercial and analytical mindset, and be fully included as part of our global Finance team. This could include financial planning and analysis, forecasting, business performance tracking, strategic investment analysis, pricing and profitability initiatives, or partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply teams to support business growth.

The key focus will be on ‘learning through doing,’ with the support and mentorship of our Finance organization. Each project varies and can include Commercial Finance, Supply Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Strategic Finance initiatives. The internship program will start on June 2nd and end on August 12th, located out of Reckitt's North America Headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey.You’ll succeed because… …you’re curious by nature.

Latest graduation date May 2028 Must be available to work in person for 40 hours a week at Reckitt's office in Nutley, NJ Relocation assistance may be granted.
