POSITION OVERVIEW

The Barista is responsible for delivering an outstanding Ralph’s Café experience by preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, and ensuring the café environment is safe, clean, and welcoming. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the café and contributes to building customer loyalty and maintaining Ralph’s Café standards.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Previous experience of 2 years as a Barista or hospitality experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, positive, and approachable manner. Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleaning standards. Flexible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team. Takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering a memorable Ralph’s Café experience.
