POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our Retail Business Planning team at Ralph Lauren as we drive our vision to lead in the luxury lifestyle space. As a Business Planning Analyst supporting our full-price Stores business, you'll be at the forefront of shaping data-driven decisions through daily sales and KPI reporting, analytics, and strategic insights. Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical systems quickly
• Proficient in retail math
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrates aptitude to develop and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
• Experience with retail analytics or allocation systems
• Knowledge of Visual Insights or similar BI platforms
• Understanding of luxury retail business metrics and KPIs Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
