Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related discipline. 6 to 8 years of overall experience in financial analysis, business reporting, or operations support. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and one or more BI tools (Power BI / Tableau). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills — able to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, or Technology service organization is preferred. Understanding of FP&A processes, operational governance, and vendor management. Experience working with global or matrixed teams across geographies.
