POSITION OVERVIEW

Embrace & demonstrate the Ralph Lauren Philosophy & values. Play a strategic role in directing the store team to consistently deliver a memorable RL customer experience to an exceptional level. Inspire, empower, lead and motivate the development of the store team Generate meaningful revenue and profitable and sustainable growth for the store Effectively communicate and implement the store strategy and initiatives that support the RL business vision

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Must Possess HACCP certificate
• Understand critical situation during peak periods and avoid leaving the work area
• Have extensive knowledge on the spirits, wine and cocktail menu, knowing each product on the menu and be able to offer recommendations.
• Have extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and wine list, including daily specials.
• Availability to work overtime when necessary
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally with customers and other staff in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to maintain poise and positive personality when under pressure.
• Must possess acute attention to detail.
