工作說明
- 主機板功能不良原因診斷與重工換件修復。
- 經常使用烙鐵手焊重工，錫爐替換DIP零件，操作BGA rework station設備拆換BGA零件。
- 生產線品質問題及時反饋與後續品質追蹤。
- 接受專案報告培訓與自主規劃改善專案計畫與完成專案報告. 資格需求
- 大學以上資工/資訊/電子/電機相關科系畢
- 具主機板或電子產品維修分析工作經驗
- 積體電路邏輯分析觀念清晰.
- 烙鐵&熱風槍重工換件作業能力能接受培訓.
