工作說明
- Regularly handle client RMA return and service related issue.
- Plan and arrange the spare parts in client location or local service center.
- Regularly review the spare parts stock level and necessary fulfillment.
- Coordinate with manufactory for spare build and spare shipment.
- Review the RMA term and procedure with client.
- Warehouse management.
- 須有獨立帶案能力，相關工作經驗至少三年以上。 資格需求
- Bachelor or above.
- Business or Engineering related is preferred.
- Four years or above in IT related Service/RMA Management or Sales Management experiences.
- With good English competency in 4 skills, Toeic 650+.
