SUMMARY

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, providing site quality leadership and support to ensure total customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

New product quality design, development and promotion. Mass production quality management and promotion. Customer complaint handling with fast and professional response. MSOP creation and upgrading. PPAP documentation creation and management. COPQ reduction and quality continuous improvement. Closed to customers to get VOC and drive internal improvement. Quality improvement owner throughout the whole life of product.

REQUIREMENTS

Good written and oral English skills. Strong troubleshooting skills. Project management proven skills. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with successful project experiences. Good knowledge and practice for IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3. Good knowledge of magnetic material products or inductors or equivalent.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field or business, master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and/or Manufacturing.
