Job Description

• Lead Skyton Laboratory operations, resource management, and facility maintenance.
• Enhance laboratory capabilities through methodology development, process optimization, and quality system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with 5S+1, SHE requirements, and laboratory standards.
• Manage laboratory documentation, safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage laboratory SOPs, safety documentation, risk assessments, and compliance records.
• Drive equipment lifecycle management from specification and procurement to qualification and commissioning Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Major in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates will be considered, provided they have experience in people management.
• Quick and willing to learn new skills, and have a positive attitude.
• Work diligently, and carefully with disciplines.
• Good communication skills; Team player.
