Overview

Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

Responsibilities

• Handles Low Profile accounts Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports Secure missing invoices
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow Prepare RFI templates Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s
• Work with vendors to revise invoices Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
• Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement
• Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status Qualifications MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Communication Attention to detail & accuracy Initiative

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Self sufficiency Microsoft Office: Excel GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE: A strong communicator – able to write clearly, speak professionally, and translate data analysis into insights that can be acted upon by strategists, planners, and buyers alike.
