• Strong communication and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering Responsibilities Customize SAP PS to meet business needs.

SAP PS Configurations

• Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support)
• Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs
• Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition
• Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems
• Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements
• Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Prepare and update support documentation and training materials Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions
• Track delivery timelines and gather feedback
