Overview

Reports to Measurement, Reporting & Insights Lead Dotted line Ad Ops, Channel Specialists, Journey Planner Role purpose (Regional Digital Hub- Nigeria & adhoc CEWA Markets) Produces campaign reports, maintains dashboards, validates data sources and supports performance commentary and PCA development.

• Performance commentary support Core accountabilities
• Gather campaign performance data from agreed sources.
• Maintain dashboards and report templates.
• Validate data consistency with Ad Ops and platform reports.
• Track KPI delivery against the measurement framework.
• Highlight variances, trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Support PCA and Start/Stop/Continue outputs.
• Escalate unreliable or incomplete data. Mandatory artifacts owned Mandatory artifacts owned
• Weekly / Monthly Report Tracks campaign delivery and KPI performance.
• Dashboard Update Maintains the agreed reporting dashboard.
• Data Validation Check Confirms data sources and figures are reliable.
• Performance Variance Note Flags over- or under-performance.
• PCA Data Pack Provides the evidence base for PCA.

Qualifications

Required competencies 2–5 years in campaign reporting or analytics. Data accuracy Gather and validate data carefully. Reporting discipline Update reports consistently and on time. Analytical thinking Identify trends and variances. Tool capability Comfort with reporting tools, spreadsheets and dashboards. Communication Explain results clearly. Collaboration Work with Ad Ops, specialists and planners. Additional information How performance is measured
